Membership Prices

• 3rd Floor: Private offices: 4 person offices from R10,000 per month all inclusive.

• 2nd Floor: Private offices: 3-5 person offices from R7,500 per month all inclusive.

• Building membership: R1000 per month and includes access to all the facilities and a choice of hot desking spaces.

Artist Studios

Lemkus Exchange offers 5 private artist studios starting at R8,000 per month. These studios provide a unique synergy with Lemkus Gallery, offering artists the opportunity to showcase their work and collaborate within our creative network. Additional benefits for studio members include:

• Exclusive access to a exhibition space on the 5th floor for private exhibitions

• Preferential rates on the apartment for hosting events when available

• Full use of the shared workspace amenities, including the boardrooms, phone booths, and discounted rental on a fully equipped photo studio
